And that would be healthy. We get it, you don't want the same tired salad ALL the time. While we do have some awesome salads, you don't have to get them. We have other stuff that you'll like. We promise.
Vegetarian Meals
Nachos
A nice bed of crispy tortilla chips topped with pinto beans, grilled onions and peppers, queso, corn pico, guac, pickled jalapeños, chipotle ranch and cilantro. My food, nachos.
Salad
Start things off with Romaine then add black beans, our organic tofu, pico, grilled peppers, shredded cheese, guac, cucumbers, black olives and our Tomatillo salsa. Sounds like we're about to become vegetarians, too.
Stack
Whole grain tortilla stuffed with crispy shells, black beans, our organic tofu, mushrooms, queso, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and guac. This one is pretty stacked.
We partnered with a nutritionist to make sure our vegetarian dishes are up to snuff and beyond typical standards. From there, we offer organic tofu, serve cheese and sour cream that's free of animal rennet and we cook our meat and veggies on separate grills.
