What is different with this new app?
Glad you asked! We gave our app a new design that makes it easier for you to order, including easy customizations and quick reorders by giving you access to your recent orders and favorite orders. You still earn rewards on every qualifying purchase, but we made the rewards program simpler to follow. For every $1 you spend, we’ll give you 1 point. Once you earn 100 points, we give you $10 in banked rewards for you to use as you please. Did we mention we made it easier for you to apply rewards to your purchase? All qualifying offers will show up in your basket so you don’t forget to use them.

If I already have the Moe’s app, do I need to sign up again?
You will not need to sign up again however, you will have to update your current Moe’s app and log back in using the same email address as when you first signed up.

How do I get the new app?
Starting on May 26, we will prompt you to update your app. Just follow the steps to update your app and log in using your current username and password. Boom, you're in the new app.

Will I lose my rewards and points?
No! We will transfer all of your rewards. Your points will transfer too, but they will look a little differently than before. With the new program, $1 = 1 point, so if you had 500 points, after you update the app, you will have 50 points. Don't worry though, you only need 100 now score $10 in banked rewards.

What happened to the tiers?
We wanted to make our program simpler to understand and easier for you to get rewarded. Tiers are removed, but don't worry, your lifetime visits will still be tracked. We'll still be sending you surprise and delight offers too!

Do I have to signup for Moe Rewards to use the new app?
No. You can checkout as a guest in the new Moe's app. We made sure ordering your faves was as easy as possible. But remember, if you checkout as a guest, you'll miss out on points and exclusive rewards.
